What areas do you service?
We serve the western suburbs and surrounding areas, including parts of the city of
Chicago.  

Are you licensed, bonded and/or insured?
Yes, all of the above.  Everything But Time, Inc. is an Illinois sub-chapter S corporation.

How much do you charge?
Prices start at $15.  There is special pricing for first time customers and we offer a
referral discount program.

Do you prepare meals and do housecleaning?
If desired, we do light meal preparation and light housework as part of our well being
check service.

What if I need something not listed in your services?
No problem, just ask!  If we can’t do it, we will try our best to find a pro who can!

What if I have a quick errand that doesn’t require much time?
We will book as little as a quarter hour if that’s all you need!  

Are your services available on holidays?
Yes, we work holidays--but book early!  There is an extra charge for major holidays.

How much notice do you need?
We prefer as much notice as possible but we can take your booking as little as 48   
hours in advance.

Do you take credit cards?
Sure!  We take Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also take cash and
traveler’s checks!  For continuing customers, we also accept  personal checks.

What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative,
creative and/or technical services.  Utilizing advanced technology to communicate and
deliver data, the professional VA assists clients in his area of expertise from his own
office on a contract basis.
